Yorkton Arts Council is proud to be part of this national celebration of arts and culture that happens each fall.
We are hosting workshops to create holiday ornaments, and an afternoon with local artist Hanna Yokozawa Farquharson.
Building on our Yarn Bombing theme from Culture Days 2021 and other workshops over the previous year, we will continue with fibre creations for Culture Days 2022. In partnership with the Yorkton Public Library and City of Yorkton Community Services and Recreation we are offering a series of four instructional workshops. The Yorkton Public Library will display our creations on their holiday tree in December.
All the workshops are free but participation is limited. Advance registration is required.
